Tom Mohr
President and CEO
Tom Mohr is co-founder, President, and CEO of ResponseLogix. He brings a rich senior
leadership background in digital media and the automotive marketplace. Mohr was
President of Knight Ridder Digital where he was responsible for the digital assets
of the second largest newspaper company in the US (digital revenues: $150M). He
was also a board member of the parent company of Cars.com and Apartments.com, as
well as CareerBuilder.

Jagdish Rajan
VP, Technology
Our Vice President of Technology, Jagdish Rajan, is responsible for the architecture,
development, scaling and management of our core application and IT infrastructure.
Previously, he was Vice President of Engineering at Dealix.
In that role, he led development of Dealix's Lead Trading Platform, Lead Scrubbing,
and Lead Distribution Systems. These applications and technical tools have been
widely recognized as best in class.

Tim Weaver
VP, Product and Business Development
As Vice President of Product and Business Development,
Tim Weaver is responsible for market and product strategy and implementation of
vendor and partnership relationships. Previously, Tim was Vice President of Marketing
and Business Development for Dealix where he oversaw customer acquisition partnerships,
business development efforts, consumer online marketing, and product management.

Steve Pace
VP, Sales
Steve Pace brings 10 years experience leading sales teams in the automotive internet lead space.
Pace joined the Responselogix in 2007 coming from Dealix Division of the Cobalt Group.
At Dealix his team grew new car lead revenue from $14 million to $66 million,
achieving an annual growth rate of 120%.
In addition, Dealix was ranked the top Automotive Internet lead provider by JD Power and Associates
for dealer satisfaction. Prior to joining Dealix, Pace was the director of dealer operations for the
Western US at Autobytel and the manager of dealer network sales and operations at Autoweb. Steve received
his B.A. from Albion College.

VP, Marketing
As Vice President of Marketing, Bob Couch is responsible for all online and offline
marketing initiatives. Bob brings a wealth of marketing savvy to the team. With
senior leadership experience in both consumer marketing (Anheuser Busch and Visa)
and technology (Zilog, Cap Epsilon), big company and start-up, he has an impressive
combination of skills to drive customer acquisition efforts.
