Position: Graphic Designer/Launch Associate

OVERVIEW

This position will work with vendors to move graphics production in-house, will source selected graphics work, and will create banners and other graphics as needed for Operations. In addition, this person will support Operations as a backup to front- and back-end launch of new customers for company’s digital lead -management products.

This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position. Regular hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. The position may require some off-hour work and/or overtime.

This position is in Operations, and reports to the Front End Launch Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Use Photoshop to edit text and templates to produce online quotes
  • Create banners, headers and footer type design work.
  • Create sample letter formats in MS Word
  • Make screenshots to use for training and for customers
  • Work independently with little supervision
  • Assist with or be responsible for various administrative duties
  • May answer a few phones calls and take messages

Requirements:
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Art or Graphic Design preferred
  • At least 3 years experience in graphic design
  • Must have Photoshop and Microsoft Word and Office experience
