Are you the savvy Account Manager we need to support our Auto Dealer customer base? You could be if:
  • You have excellent customer service and communication skills over the phone, in-person and via e-mail
  • You have solid experience supporting software and/or CRM applications
  • You can demonstrate the stature and authoritativeness necessary to play a true consulting role with your customer
  • You are a results oriented, self-starter with proven track record working independently from a field or home office
  • You have past success in providing world-class customer service while achieving a high level of customer retention

What You'll Do

You will be our ongoing monthly personal connection to our customers. Your goal is to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention. Your detailed understanding of ResponseLogix applications and ability to coordinate technical resources will help customers get the greatest results from our products. You will be the go-to problem solver that creates and sustains the quality reputation of our products while ensuring our customers receive a solid return on their investment. You will primarily work from your home or field office via phone and WebEx. You will periodically visit accounts both locally and regionally, though most contact will be via phone.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively contact assigned accounts based on a monthly basis and ensure all product features are functioning properly
  • Ensure customers are fully utilizing and maximizing ResponseLogix products and services
  • Review SmartFacts reports with dealers at the end user and decision maker levels
  • Conduct dealership training best practices seminars via Web Ex and in-person
  • Maintain strong communications with resellers and customers through-out the life-cycle of the account
  • Provide results oriented, top-notch customer service at all levels of the account

Requirements

This position requires successful blending of customer relationship and consultative skills with technical knowledge. It requires the ability to coordinate others to get results for customers, and:
  • BA/ BS plus 5+ years of consulting, implementation, project management, or customer support experience in the Internet automotive market. Past dealership experience a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management experience
  • Positive, results-oriented, detail-oriented, and success-driven behavior resulting in high customer satisfaction
