A: Our SmartQuote e-mail responses are designed to look as if they are coming from a specific salesperson at your dealership and do not have the appearance of an automated response. We send responses from 4:30 AM. to 11:00 PM Pacific time. Therefore, we do send quotes when most people are available to receive them, reinforcing the idea the quote is coming from an actual sales person.
